Domestic deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days depending on where your package is going and the time it leaves our facility. (Monday-Saturday)
When entering your address, please make sure you are submitting the correct address. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once packages have left our facilities, we are no longer responsible for them.
If your package shows delivered, but you did not receive it, please reach out to USPS Customer Service at
(800) 275-8777 and provide them with your tracking information. USPS will allow you to file a claim.
